A fine wholemeal high protein bread flour, use for breads, rolls, pizza and foccacia. Use 100% or mix 50/50, 25/75 with untreated bread flour. Suitable for breads made by hand or in a bread machine.
We recommend that you store the wholemeal bread flour in a cool, dry place and use before the "best before date". Bread flours can be stored in paper bags or storage containers. We hope you enjoy using our bread making products.
