Genzano High Protein Bread Flour – 2kg

Genzano high protein bread flour is a new addition to our range. This wonderful flour works best for long fermentation doughs and just loves a slow rise in the fridge. I have used most successfully for sourdoughs and ciabattas.

We recommend that you store the genzano high protein bread flour in a cool, dry place and use before the "best before date". Bread flours can be stored in paper bags or storage containers. We hope you enjoy using our bread making products.
