This 1/2 day hands on workshop is great for anyone who wants to learn the basics of making bread by hand. Learn to mix and shape doughs, make a high tin loaf, rolls, french sticks and coffee scrolls. Participants will be able to take home their freshly baked goodies. Cost $100, all inclusive. Maximum participants 6.
